I take a great deal of care when I dismantle a helicopter and all parts are examined on dismantling and again on dispatch, anything slightly dubious is rejected. Due to various spurious claims and some very suspect returns I regret that in future all items dispatched will be marked with Smart Water ( www.smartwater.com ). Any further suspect returns will be reported to Ebay. Apologies to all you genuine people out there.
Please note that I leave feedback after receiving it. This should ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase
All items are dispatched when funds are cleared in my account or following day if payment by Paypal. All P&P charges are for UK mainland only, elsewhere by quotation
Track Page Views With Auctiva's FREE Counter It is with regret that I must increase my UK postal rates. Due to the recent Royal Mail price increase, the average parcel now costs me £3.70 to actually post and does not take into account the cost of padded envelopes, boxes, bubble wrap, labels etc. All small packages will go by Royal Mail 2nd Class recorded delivery. Larger items will go by courier which costs me £4.20. I will still continue to combine P&P charges on items wherever possible and still continue to post items within 24 hours of purchase where possible. I will still try to give you, the customer, the best possible service.
Eddie1293 Isurrender, give up and bow down to the great god eBay who insist that you, thecustomer wants free P&P. There is no such thing as "free" P&P. Someone, somewhere has to pay for it. This month eBay have taken final value fees frommy P&P charges, amounting to thebest part of £200.00 and they will continue to do so even though I now offer "free"P&P. Unfortunately this means that I have had to put up the price of all ofmy items. My cost of Royal Mail 2 nd class recorded is £3.70 + eBay want another 37p, then there is the cost ofpadded envelopes, boxes, bubble wrap, labels etc and I have only put my pricesup by £4.00 per item. To my overseas customers, please bear with me while I getthe overseas P&P charges amended
Thismakes it very difficult to combine P&P for multiple items. I know thismakes very small items expensive and should you wish to purchase multiple itemsthen I suggest you either send me a message or ring me on 07880 952242
eBayinsist all this will increase my turnover, the customers satisfaction and moreimportantly their fees, which ultimately come from yours and mine pockets
Rantover this will not affect my commitment to you, the customer and will try tocontinue the kind of service you have come to expect and deserve
